Just joined BMWMOA and wanted to say hello. Ben riding 30 years but joined the BMW ranks about 3 months ago. Enjoyed every mile since then. A few friende have ask why the change :I had to reply that it was time to get off the farm equipment (HD) although they have made majir improvements it's not the same thing, even though my bike is an 03 with 20k on the clock, I woulnt change back for any one of them.

I am also new to the BMW's and very appreciative of the forums and the info they have. I also joined the local club and they are a real nice group of riders who can share a lot of good information with you.

You will find the forum to be a great source of information about your motorcycles, there are many knowledgable folks that are willing to share that knowledge. Don't be shy about tapping into the knowledge base.

Have fun riding your motorcycles. The more your ride the more you will want to ride.

If you have a local BMW club in you areas, check them out. Most clubs hold local rallys and have monthly group rides, it is a great way to meet some very nice folks.

Check out the BMWRA, many of us belong to both MOA and RA.
