1996 Gsa ?

Can anyone tell me that there was a GSA mfd in 1996?
Specifically, is VIN #WB1040907T0382083 a GS or GSA?
I think this can be found online but I don't know how to find it.

I believe so,an oil head.
If an airhead, then probably only released in Africa.
