Club meeting area?

Hey all.
Our club is planning to have a table, chairs, and our club banner set up somewhere. If I remember correctly, there is supposed to be an area for BMW clubs to gather. The question I have is: will there be any canopies available? I am hoping that other clubs may have a line on where to rent one for the duration of the rally.
