3. Is the MSF Course? If so, do they issue Cards?

Are the "advanced rider course" and the experienced rider course (ERC) one and the same?

Advanced and experienced can be the same depending on the company teaching it. In Colorado we run a BRC (basic rider course), ARC (additional rider course) and an ERC (experienced rider course) To sign up for the ERC that will be at the rally call the MOA office, they are taking registration there. It is a MSF certified course and cards will be issued at completion of course. Preregistration is recommended but sometimes there are circumstances that end up leaving open spaces and if that is the case I like to get them filled with standbys.
