Long Way Round.... Again!

I'm sure most of you have watched (at least I hope you have) the "Long Way Round" DVD series with Ewan McGregor and Charlie Boorman - 2 Men, 2 BMW's, and 20,000 miles of traveling round the world on motorbikes. It's "fantastic" as the lads would say.

Anyhow... I'm excited to find out that the lads are back at it again, planning a ride from Northern Scotland to the cape in South Africa for a 15,000 mile journey and calling the new series "Long Way Down". A great write up on the BMW Motorrad site can be found here:

Those that loved the original series may interpret the annoucement as being worthy of two posts. Those that didn't.... can just figure I didn't know where the better forum to post it might be. Just lob a grenade next time instead of pointing out the obvious.:D (loose cannon indeed! and the humor is appreciated). Take care,
