:wave Just in time for the Heber, Az. rally, Dakar Dag has scouted a route from Punkin Center to hy 288 going to Young for the hard core GS guys and girls.
If you are goin to the rally from Phoenix, there are several cool routes. This one assumes you either go over Four Peaks or through the Apache Trail. This will keep the Adventure going by taking you up the high road to Young.
I have some easier routes for those who don't want to scratch anything and even a couple that will work for the Rt gang.
Attached is the Garmin track. I had to re-name the file to get it to upload so you will need to change the file extention from .doc to .gdb. If you have Garmin Mapsource then all you should have to do is click on the file and it will open Mapsource and display the route. If this viloates some kind of forum policy...then my only defense is I was just rtying to help.:nono
