I ran my clutch fluid down. I had difficulty getting into neutral and wouldn't come out of first.
I filled it and had some erratic performance. I wonder if I have air in the line. Anyone had this problem?

If the fluid got low enough to interfere with function then air got between the master cylinder and the slave cylinder. Adding fluid will trap some air. It needs to be bled.

I am in the process of fixing a bad clutch slave cylinder. Did you try bleeding your clutch?
