This may be a dumb question but..... the rally dates on the main page say the 12 thru 15. ok, but under the entertainment section it has the days as wed. thru sat which would be 11 thru 14... which is right?????:banghead

Entertainment is provided for those that volunteer, IIRC.

So, volunteer a shift and see what's shakin' Wed night!

Rasbutan is correct. There is entertainment the day before the rally for the volunteers, and then there is no entertainment on Sunday the 15th (last day) because there is nothing going on the final day. Sunday is for packing up and getting out. Based on the pictures from last year, if you are still on-site at noon (and not working the clean-up crew), you're going to be VERY lonely. :p

I thought the gates were open to all Wednesday afternoon and that if you want to volunteer you can show up as early as Monday?

Really opens up the week. :D

That's not quite correct. If you want to help with EARLY SET-UP, then you can arrive as early as Monday.

If you are volunteering on Friday night in the beer garden, you should not plan to arrive until Wednesday.

How do you sign up to get on the early admission list?

What early arrival security procedures will be in place? Is there somewhere/someone to check in with?

We will hand out special Early Arrival wristbands. Anyone in a golf-cart or radio should be able to help you.
