What a cool looking job. If only I were looking for a job, willing to move north, wanted to desert my riding buddies, were single, etc., etc. Go for it, Bubba!

I might-could take poverty level if they throw in a late-model bike... :laugh

But seriously, for those of us who know nothing of the cost of living on the west coast except for what we hear about it driving people out, would this gig allow the 'successful candidate' to afford to live a decent middle-class life in a decent domicile with an adequate garage for keeping at least one motorcycle?

It depends on what kind of bad "habits" you have...

To be honest, the way you describe it matches most of the people here in the dealership. No one I know that works here lives in a cardboard box and eats cat food. That is unless they CHOOSE to. There are a few GS riders and they tend to be "different."

Aha! I've found the designer of the A & S website!

Could you please make some adjustments to your online parts fiche so that price and availability of parts shows up on the same page as the fiche? It's so annoying to have to manually input part numbers to find out if they are available and what they cost.

Max's BMW online parts fiche has this feature, and I'll be honest with you by telling you that I've shifted my business from A & S to Max's because of this very reason. If the A & S parts fiche was as easy to navigate as Max's, I'd switch my business back to A & S.

Shipping from the northeast takes longer than from Sacramento, but I find having to switch back and forth from the fiche page to the "enter parts number" page and manually entering part numbers so very frustrating.

Thanks for listening. I feel better for getting that rant out of my system :)
