I am a peron who does not smile much
that movie made me laugh
and hey
ITS ABOUT MOTORCYCLES AND RIDING MOTORCYCLES
well maybe if you have not yet reached middle age, you might not laugh that much
and maybe if your life perfect you might not laugh that much
but if you need a laugh, go see it

I haven't reached middle age and I laughed my a$$ off. That movie was hilarious. I had a spoiler about the accelerating motorcycle without a hand on the throttle, but it was still hilarious. Bill Macy makes that movie. And Marisa is never hard to look at. She is aging very very well. SO SEXY.

Went last night to finally see it...laughed our tails off...I wore a BMW shirt and had a goofball make a comment to me in the lobby about it being a Harley only movie...I smiled and said " Right, BROTHER" and walked on... he was geared up and prob didn't have a motorized bike anyways. We wanted to ride in, but we are finally getting rain and the deer are moving at night near the house.
Marissa, Macy("I'm OK" )and Ray Liotta were great , she is aging quite well! I still see her biological clock stomping foot scene in My Cousin Vinny.
A little corny, but entertaining:thumb
BTW, we have a local chain of movie theaters here in Austin called Alamo Draft House...dinner/beverages DURING the movie with a bar style table in front of your seats...:thumb :thumb :thumb

I went to the matinee last week. It was senior’s day and I was the youngest in the theater by at least 20 years. Everyone was laughing their a$$’s off. Especially a group of 70 something woman that were in front of me during the swimming hole scene..

I too agree with everyone in that this was an excellent movie to go see and have a good laugh. I also experienced a small group of Harley types and me with my BMW shirt on we just exchanged a polite wave as we passed by each other. It reminds me of a trip I took with a close friend of mine 3 years ago. We were both in our mid 40's and decided to go take a real ride and we rode from Texas to Baton Rouge then up to Memphis and then back through Ark. to Texas. It's a memory we have both said we reflect back on almost weekly. I highly recommend doing something like that if you never have. Don't have a detailed agenda, maybe just a couple sites of interest then start out in a general direction and go. And go see this movie, it will get you in the mood for it.

Saw the movie last night. I am middle age, and understand the urge very well. My wife and I laughed our tails off. Can't go now, the dogwoods are blooming and the bass are biting, but this fall Arkansas to the west coast????????
I read were 98% of all Harleys made are still on the road. The other 2% made it home.

I finally made it to the movie last night also, and I'm glad I went. My wife and I laughed through most of it, so if you haven't been to see this one yet, check it out. You won't regret it if you like a good comedy. :thumb
