2002 RT questions: Looking at buying one

Anything special to look out for on a 2002 R-1150RT?

It has a Remus exhaust (and stock one) comments?
Dyno Jet Power Commander, seemingly retaining the O2 sensor, comments?

Is there anyway to run the VIN and see about warranty repairs?

I need to make a decision in the next 24 hours.

If it's clean with a resonable mileage/price ratio then get it. I always figure an extra $1000 for tires, a complete service etc.
