Rear brake drum question

I am looking for a used rear spoked wheel and noticed that many I have been viewing on ebay have rusty looking drums. Is it hard to find a place to resurface these and is it expensive?

Eighty-nine cents worth of emery paper and a little elbow grease shines it up, good as new. Then again, so does installing in and hitting the brakes a couple of times. (Nobody sees it anyway.)
