I can't understand why more people didn't respond. Sometimes threads disappear on boards that are becoming as busy as ours. Maybe we should start the practice of "bumping" threads back up to the top.

In any event, I'm thrilled to be in such good company, though. Thanks so much RB. PM sent. :thumb

Today, in my mailbox, I was pleased to find my copy (a like-new copy, I might add) of David Hough's More Proficient Motorcycling.
