Has anyone found a way to save videos from YouTube?
There is a lot of good material that could be downloaded, burned to a CD or DVD and used in the classroom. Copyright laws allow use of such materials in the classroom with attribution. :thumb
The following is from a YouTube FAQ file.
Can I download videos to watch later?
YouTube's video player is designed to be used within your browser as an Internet experience. While you can't download videos to your computer, you can temporarily save videos to watch later by adding them to your QuickList. If you'd like to save them more permanently, login and click "Save to Favorites" under the videos you'd like to keep.
I can watch the video being cached on my computer, I think. And I can play it again and again. Some temp file must be residing there. So it should be possible to burn it to a cd? There must be some kind or ripping software out there. PMs greatly accepted.
