Greetings from the MOA HQ!

If you've clicked on this thread, you've found a magical offer.

I have on my desk a brand new copy of "The Essential Guide to Motorcycle Travel" by Dale Coyner. It is from Whitehorse Press and offers176 pages of colorful pictures, tips and advanced techniques.

I'm looking for a reviewer.

Ideally, it would be someone who knows how to write well and conversationally and wants to know more about motorcycle travel. If you're an expert at motorcycle travel and you want to see how this book measures up, that will work, too!

If you're interested in writing a short review, PM me and let me know!

I'll be sending the book to the first qualified person who PMs me! Thanks!:wave

I do a fair amount of motorcycle travel - over 15,000 last year and take several thousand motorcycle pics each year.

I also was in the Boy Scouts, donate blood and love my mother. :heart

:lurk

Thanks for the interest -
The first person to PM me was Ed Miller of Calgary in Alberta.

His review will be in an upcoming issue of the Owners News.

Keep your eyes peeled for more super secret messages!:type

Canada is part of North America! Besides, it will probably be the 51st state before the end of the 21st century!:usa

No problem here. Next time will move faster. Nothing like a good challenge.

I am not getting mad, I am getting even. :laugh

Article about the Big GIG is being submitted this afternoon. StatDawg wrote a good outline and I put some flesh on his well articulated skeleton. Tessler added commentary about eats in NYC.

Mandy will have to edit it. And to top it off they have to go through a CD with over 100 pictures.

The article spells out how to put together your own Urban Rally. You meet new riding buds, have great meals and see some fantastic rides and farkle as far as the eye can see and the feet can withstand.

Look for it in an issue to arrive soon.

Draft Dodgers in Canada??? You wouldn't be kidding me would you?

I'm not too sure about us becoming the next state, last time that was tried we had to march south and torch the Presidential Residence.

Of course if we had to do that again, it would take some serious planning to avoid Hockey, Baseball and Football seasons.

Regards, Rod.

Draft Dodgers in Canada? I thought the Dodgers were in Los Angeles :stick

Don't forget we have to plan around Curling season as well.

Did you know that curling is the only sport played internationally where competitors shake hands both before AND after the game?

They do that in diplomacy. Shake with one hand and hold a gun or dagger in the other.
