Did you buy an RT-P at Max BMW?

A while back, I bought a 2000 RT-P from Max BMW, and the service book that was in the side case is from a different RT-P. There was another one for sale there when I bought mine. I am guessing my book went with that bike? I'd like to swap, so we both have the correct book and service records. If you know any RT-P owners who have an RT-P that came through Max BMW.... give them a heads-up, and have them email me. Just bothers me to have the wrong book. I'm sure they would like theirs too. H.

I'm not trying to hijack your thread but you seem to be a good person to ask. Is the R1200RT-P seat more comfortable than the R1200RT seat, or is it the same seat?

Have you contacted Max BMW? Wouldn't they have a record of the person who bought the other RT-P? Just a thought. . . .

After looking at Max's web site, is it me or do they seem to be overly "proud" of their prices?:dunno
