I am seeking information of adjusting throttle body(synchronization) after valve adjustments on my 2006 R 1200 RT. Will the TwinMax do? Also I have come upon an excellent video display of adjusting the valves from BMWBMW at:

Does anyone know of such similar video display anywhere for body throttle adjustments?

TwinMax is probably most accurate and easiest tool for doing a TBS. most time on an RT will be used for shucking the tupperware.
use either Jon's or Stephen's methods http://www.ibmwr.org/r-tech/oilheads/index.shtml to understand the synch process, but follow the TwinMax directions, rather than the manometer specifics.
