A Coworker of mine went to our travel coordinator and asked her to book him to Panama City. That was the entire request, she has the e-mail. So she booked him to Panama City, FL... he meant Panama City, Panama. Figured it out the day before his flight, after he had accepted the itinerary before booking. Reading Comprehension?
