Exhausted Over finding an Exhaust

I am looking for someone who has heard other aftermarket exhausts. I want something throaty but I definetely do not want a Harley sound alike. And I want to eliminate the surging on my '03 R1150RT. This is my first bmw and I do not see alot of after market stuff so I might have to rely on experienced opinions.
I appreciate any help I can get. Stock is just too placid.
I have contacted some of the after market exhaust co's and requested sound bites from an 1150RT but no one has come up with one yet.

fish has a Remus that sounds pretty nice. He put dual plug heads on too.

I have not heard it (even though they were at the nat'l rally in July with nothing to hear) but I did read, the Laser exhaust does not need repacking. Their claim is deep tone sound. But that could be an ad man trying to earn his pay. Anyone ever heard one?
I did hear the Staintune and did not care for the distinct poping sound. Reminded me when I clothes pinned playing cards to my bicycle spokes.
