On the rear brake master cylinder for a 1982 R100RS there is a plastic fitting on the inlet (it's inserted in the end of the hose from the reservoir) of the master cylinder and is held in place with a rubber grommet / seal neither of which show up on the parts diagrams & I believe that they do not come with a rebuild kit. Other than buying a new master cylinder does anyone know how I could get these two parts?

I think I know the plastic nozzle. Easy to break no doubt. I have not seen one separate from the master cyl, and probably would call some motorcycle boneyard parts sellers to get a replacement if available from a bad unit. There are other parts on BMW master cylinders which are not available from BMW but may be available from the company that built the master cylinder for BMW. Another possible source.
