BMW MOA Fantasy Football Playoffs Begin.
With the regular fantasy seasons end and the playoff berths determined; the league playoffs begin today. The match up for the semi finals are:
No.1 DummyTeamMOA
V
No. 4 Dylan76
No. 2 Bradford Benn
V
No. 3 Threeflys
The number one seated DummyTeamMOA ignored their moniker and finished the season 9-4-1 to lead the league. Dylan76 at 6-7-1 is no slouch, yet the Dummies have played them like they had the 76ers playbook.
Number two Bradford Benn at 9-5-0 will have to put the cheating investigation aside and focus on the Flys who finished 8-6-0. B-squared accounted for two of the Fly’s losses. Is the third game the charm?
In the crowd today I was able to have a brief interview with the coach of the benevolendestroyers.
Mustard Boy(MB): Coach what are your thoughts on the season for the destroyers?
Coach: Well MB, as you already know, we looked at this first BMW MOA fantasy football season as a rebuilding season right from the start. We went 1-0-1 against the Dummies and we are proud of that. Most of our games could have gone either way but they didn’t they went one way with the exception when they went our way they went the other way but in the game of fantasy football that’s the way it goes.
MB: Huh? Never mind. What are your thoughts on the controversy?
Coach: Controversy? There is no controversy. This was a season of fantasy football played between BMW MOA Forum friends along with the DummyTeamMOA.
The rumors that the benevolentdestroyers are asking the league to look into team Bradford Benn for cheating are unfounded. Just because they are the only team to defeat us in both match ups with them does not mean we hold a grudge. If there is an investigation I am certain that none of the rumors that DummyTeamMOA and BB conspired to control the league with the Dummies acting as a decoy in return for fresh stuffing plucked from geese so that in return they would fold in the final allowing Benn to win all the beer that was bet in violation of proposed internet gambling restrictions in the United States. Grudges? I don’t hold any stinking grudges.
The rumors are all false and I am certain Bradford Benn is kind to his motorcycle and small animals.
Now I got to go… I am a coach you know and we get side line passes…I don’t have to pay attention to the game so I get to mingle with the cheerleaders…err the crowd this week.
