very cool, although it looks odd in the ebay photos, 26 hp increase, pretty substantial for an airhead

The splayed out intake spigots is a feature on a few of the racing airheads, like Wrecking Ball. I read that with the curved intake path on a stock airhead you actually get turbulence at the intake port. It's very inefficient. But if BMW splayed them out they would contact rider shins.
