Touch up paint

I'm looking for some touch up paint (such as made by Dupli Color)that might be a close enough match for an 82 R100RS Polaris Graphite Metallic code # 507. Does anyone have any recommendations? How about for the snowflake wheels? I believe its code # 868. Thanks

Being that the bike is about 25 years old any touch up you found probably wouldn't be any good by now.

I am in the automobile business and when we need unavailable touchup paint we go to an automotive paint wholesaler such as Gladwin Paint here in Texas. They can scan your paint with a computer and match it by the formula the computer comes up with. The only drawback is that you will probably have to buy at least a pint or maybe a quart of paint. Hope this helps.

What I was hoping for was a paint code or color that someone has found that might be a pretty close match. The right way to go would be to paint the whole bike but I am going to put that off for a while

Sherwin Williams auto paint.

I had do a repair on the fairing of my K1100LT last winter. I looked all around and couldn't find an economical match. Finally I called the local Sherwin Williams vendor. They will custom match your paint color and put it in a spray can for you for around $12. The paint is not an exact match, as in multilayer color and seperate clearcoat, its a high gloss one shot. The match is excellent and you have to know it's there and where to look to see a difference.

You provide the color number for them. I don't know if they can computer scan and match but the paint code colors are available in various places on the web.

Thanks to all for the info. I'm leaning towards getting it painted rather than trying to touch it up
