Have a stock 95 R 1100 RA w/the factory upswept exhaust. What I would like to do is to find a system which would allow me to use a full size saddlebag on the left side. I am not interested in a loud, blatty race pipe, though I would not mind something a little throatier. Problem is that the ones i've seen start at $600 and go to OHMYGOD.
I would not mind the stock muffler if it could be lowered enough to clear a full size saddle bag. Any ideas would be most appreciated.
P.S. would the exhaust system from an RS/RT fit, and are there mountings that would work?
