I love the bike but on long rides my legs cramp up and I would love to have another place to put my feet. I had jpegs on my previous bike (RT). Any ideas?
I was also wondering about replacement shields that might offer more protection than the stock one.

Let your legs dangle sometimes. Relieves the inactivity.

Every now and then, stand up/sit down a coupla times. That stretches your legs and gets the blood flowing again. I'm inclined to acutally shorten my windshield, or get the RS version for my GT.

On long rides (300-1000 miles) I scoot my ass back to the rear seat and let my legs dangle in front of the pegs. Of course, normal disclaimer applies, not in traffic, not in curvey roads, etc.

I also try to get off the bike at gas stops when not in a hurry. That does occur sometimes.

Jpegs would be interesting but might look tacky or "HD like".

Best,

not sure what specifically is out for your bike, but take a look at some of the aftermarket sites. i have seen some adjustable pegs that look nice. just look closely at any disclaimers with them though, some block use of a centerstand, but i think this is pretty specific, so you might find a solution.
