I am looking to replace my stock windshield for my 2005 GS 1200. I am looking for more protection than stock for Winter. Any advice as to what is best, CeeBailey, Parabellum or Aeroflowor anyone else? Thanks

I've been pretty happy with the stock screen on my R12GS.

On my R1150GS I tried serveral different options, Cee Baileys, Cee Baileys modified w/tobinators ......................

We was finally happy when bought an Aeroflow!

Safe yourself a bunch of wasted time and money and just get the Aeroflow.

If you aren't happy there is a large market for used screens where you can recover you're cost.

I'm sure there is lots of info on this subject both here and on the advrider site. Do a search.

When I bought my R1150Gs it came with two BMW screens and another screen I never heard of. Wasn't too impressed with any of them. Love the Aeroflow I replaced them with.

If you're wanting big protection, Aeroflow offers a very big screen. It is aesthetically challenging for some. CeeBailey and zTechnik offer nice/larger screens that block more of the wind... but not all. Finally, some are showing an interest in the bigger/wider stock screen of the R1200GS ADV, which bolts right on to the 12GS stock mounts.

Cee Bailey's has an R1200GS Adventure style screen coming out any day now. It will mount to any R1200GS and includes all mounting hardware/support bar, etc.
