My 1995 K75s after warm up idles at 1000 rpm. But after riding around 10-15 minutes the idle is at 1200 rpm. Checked the choke and throttle cables and they are not binding. Anyone experience this problem?

I had the same thing with my air head. Droped cold idle to 800 rpm. now it diles at 1000 when hot.

That actually sounds fairly typical. I would dial it back down to 900/1100 and go riding. If the speed difference is larger - say 400 rpm or so that usually signals an air leak opening up when the engine warms up. That is often the O rings where the throttle body mounting flanges meet the head. But 200 rpm is about what I had on my K75 for its entire 19 year life.

Mine also picks up about 200 rpm. I reset mine and found that the idle speed screw wasn't working because the throttle position sensor was holding it up. I loosened the throttle position sensor and then went back and adjusted the throttle bypass screws and started from scratch. Got everything about right and it still seems to speed up about 200 rpm.
Really, to do it right, you probably have to make sure your valves are spot on first, then do the throttle bypass screws, then the idle speed screw along with the throttle position sensor.
In my opinion, it kinda gets to where too much information is no good.
If you are idling about 1000-1200, so what, drive it.

Thanks everyone for the replies, I guess it is typical for this K engine if it stays around 1200 rpm. I just bought the bike so all this is good information to me.

Update.. I was talking to my mechanic Ted Porter and mentioned that my K75S was idling at 1200 rpms.. Idle speed should be 950 +/- 50 rpm. He said it is high because the throttle bodies were not synced while the bike was hot. He told me to come in on Tuesday right off my commute from work and he'll resync them for free.
