Just wondering if anyone has experienced any failures with the seat heat feature on the K1200GT? My first seat actually burned a hole right through the seat material behind the driver's area. Now, on the second seat replacement, I have no heat at all. Yes, the fuse is Ok and the wires seem intact. Might have an open circuit somewhere inside the seat which I imagine can't be fixed???????

I can just see the story in the paper.
"Man in Michigan becomes a flaming A--hole while traveling down interstate. Witnesses say Mr. Hot Buns rear end unexpectedly burst into flames. He was seen leaving Chucks Chili World shortly before the incident."

Nope, my butt stays nice and warm on it's own :) Easiest way would be a volt meter to do a continuity test on the actual seat...that will tell you for certain.
