I'm retired, my wife and I live and travel fulltime in an rv with a trailer for our bikes. We plan to take her mother south with us this year. We kicked around putting a sidecar on my 92K75RTA so that she can take some side trips with us on the bike. I got to thinking how the ABS will react to the sidecar. The sidecar I looked at had a disk brake on it. I'm thinking that I would have to turn the ABS off. Any Ideas??

You should be able to leave it on.
I have a K1100RS with an EML Speed 200 sidecar. With the "stock" EML set up (14 inch car wheels and tires all around, leading link front end) I retained the ABS. The front worked normally. The rear would pulse both the rear and sidecar brakes, but only triggered if the rear locked up.
With the new set uo on the K11 / EML I've gone to center hub steering and am using 16" automotive rims and tires 195/50 x 16 on all three wheels and have removed the ABS, mainly two reasons, one it would of been a lot of work to adapt to my new font end and two it was faulting a lot when I slid the rear of the rig around.
however, the new Hannigan center hub steering set up for the K12's retains the ABS, so there is a way to do it.

Haynes repair manual says that BMW does not recommend attaching a side car to the K75 (Page 8.12, Section 12, Paragraph 4.) Having said this, I have seen several K75s with side cars.

I wouldn't worry about that, not to many Manufactures will recommend sidecars. ( I just posted a picture of mine in the K bike picture thread.)
