What is your favorite ride for viewing fall colors? I am spoiled living on the river becaus mine starts just outside my garage. Where is yours?

Here is a view of St. Paul from Happy Hollow in Lilydale. The shot is from the bluffs looking across Lake Pickerel. This is a spring fed lake that provides a resting point for migrating birds. The Mississippi is just beyond the tree line on the far side of the lake.

very nice.....
I always liked riding the St. Croix when I lived over there. the view from some of the bluffs were very nice.

Now its the Kettle Morraine or Nicollet national forest

The shot is taken somewhere between Pine Island and Chester NY in Orange County. My favorite place for fall colors

I don't have a better foto of mine but it is the June Lakes Loop off of
395 near the town of Mammoth Lakes.

This was taken before the leaves started to turn...

Fall came early and guick in the high country this year.

Here are some of my favorites that my daughter and I thought we would share from last weeks ride. Special Note: In Alaska we include "white" into the fall colors.

I love all the pictures but TKE, yours take the prize. You've got some serious scenery up there. I'm hoping I can get back on the road in time to get picks of Oregon's color palette. I've got surgery to remove a bladder stone this Monday. Keep up the rides with your daughter.
