I just changed the frount fork springs on my 90 K75s and now I don't have any movement. It's like they are frozen,so I'm sure I did put something back in the wrong spot. So if anybody has any ideas I could use some help.

Too much oil or wrong vicosity?. Drain some out and check again. If that doesn't work you need to pull them off and check your work.

K75 front fork legs each need 280cc of oil.....about 9 ounces.

I checked the oil as I put it in(twice).

Are you just trying to push the front end down while the bike is on the centerstand? The forks probably won't compress until you come off the centerstand.
If you managed to get the fork caps back on top of the new springs and spacers with no trouble, its likely the springs are in there correctly. That's a tough enough job.

The bike is on two wheels when I tried to push it down.

Do you have spacers on top of the springs, or do the new springs go all the way to the top of the tube? Maybe you need to remove some fluid because the coil spring takes up more fluid volume than the original spring+spacer combination.

I have the spacers on top of the springs.

You may have air trapped in the lower stanchion. Generally it is recommended that after filling the fork with the required volume of oil, that you must fully compress the fork several times to purge any trapped air prior to capping the tube.

I have an update I took the bike out for a short ride to get better idea of what it is doing. The forks will compress but will not rebound without me pulling up hard on on the handle bars.

Not knowing what you loosened or tightened to put in the new springs makes it difficult. Just the spring retainers at top plate? I can only think if you had the front wheel off, did you pull the one fork leg over while replacing the front axle? I usually bounce the forks a time or two to make sure they are not binding before tightening the pinch bolt.

I don't know but wonder if there's a rebound adjuster rod in the damping fork on the "s" model. If so, it may be misaligned with its port in the dampening tube/rod. If so, pull the cap and realign the rod into it's proper mating port. If no such thing, disregard this message. I had a similar experience with my old FJ12. The rod ventured off to the side of the rebound damper tube, and into another port, and the fork froze-up since the adjusting rod was acting like a girder instead of sliding smoothly up and down in its port; no movement at all. Once the rod was in the proper port, all was well.

Sounds like the forks are binding.
Loosen the bottom triple clamps, fork brace and axle bolts. Leave the upper triple clamp tight. Take the front wheel off and put the axle in. Slide the fork legs up and down a couple times to make sure everything is free. If it's not, you need to identify which leg is binding and figure out why. Do you have a bent fork leg?
When you're sure everything is moving freely, start tightening the bolts, one at a time, from the top. In between, slide the legs up and down to make sure you have free movement.
When you finally have it all aligned, install the wheel and check it one more time.
That should help.
Just as an additional thought, how big are the spacers you installed? Was it really, really tough to get the caps on the fork legs?
