A little help for this IL traveller, going to Camp Pendleton over the Holidays. I expect that: Where there's more good roads and riders, there's more better dealer-stores. :brow
Anyone know the biggest and best BMW spots in Southern California? I'm hoping to cash in some °What-do-want-for-Christmas-Dad?° on this trip. Even if I fly out without a bike to ride when I get there.

Its not BMW, but the Ducati/Aprilia/VOR dealership in Oceanside is too cool for words. And its ~5 minutes away from Camp Pendleton on PCH.

You will probably find that the best dealership is Seavers in Orange,Ca. They have been aroung for a long time and recently had every bike in every color on the floor...along with a few well saved antiques and lots of extras to dream over..they are a bit north of Pendelton, but it's not a bad drive.

I'll second the vote for Seavers. I was in town on business and just wanted a T-shirt for my collection, but the employee I dealt with was very welcoming, helpful and courteous. He even said that if my dealer ever had trouble getting something to give him a call.
