BE ADVISED - There are 111 photos in this Kodak Gallery album. Not for the faint of heart or the viewer in a hurry. Proceed slowly and enjoy a leisurely vist to Southern Quebac and Montreal from the perspective of three adventurers on motorcycles. Statdawg, RedRider and PaulBach ride all day Wednesday 8/23 and then walk all day Thursday 8/24 with Monsieur RedRider and only scratch the surface of Southern Quebec. There is so much more to see but that's the stuff of further adventure in the future. Friday was spent in Northern NY finding Peru, Ausable Chasm and a sailmaker's loft.

Great report Paul. I wish I could have stayed out East longer and gone with you guys. Maybe in a couple years I'll be back out that way.
Need to see Montreal and Ausable Chasm looks charming... (Charming is that a manly word? who cares looks like a nice ride)

Great job Paul! Montréal is a beautiful city and a North American treasure.
Ausable Chasm is incredible too. One question; how come the RedRider wears black and Statdawg is always in Red?

I live in BS - Ballston Spa, NY but Statdawn has now be nominated as Mayor of this Burg. And that red stitch StatDawg wears is a prototype for a dress uniform of the RCMP. It will also double for snowmobile use during the cold season which begins sometime in September and ends in June. You have to be tough to live north of the Frontier.
RedRider, the man in black, once gave guided tours of Quebec. Hopefully he will come out of retirement once more time to share that ride with the MOA.
Montreal was like going to a 100 dish buffet in a fancy restaurant. Will just have to go back several times just to get the basic flavour. There was no way to see or do anything more than just the most obvious highlights.
Finger Lakes rally this weekened (with Ernesto?) and then the Greedn Mountain Rally. After that maybe the Calamari tour - Sicily, Crete and the Almalfi Coast.
