I replaced my Luftmeister windshield a couple of years ago. I bought it at a company called Clear View Shields. http://www.clearviewshields.com/ Look at the bottom of the page "Products".

The first windshield they sent me didn't fit very well so I sent them my old original Luftmeister shield and they used it as a template and it fit perfectly.

I seem to recall another company that specialized in windshields - Gustafson (sp?). Also, there's an advertiser in the MOA News (Aero?) that sells a lot of windshields but mostly for the later bikes...they might know of other vendors for the Lufty. I purchased a replacement for my Lufty but I did that over 20 years ago and don't remember any details.
