Has anybody any experience with the vest cooling system?
The one that has polymers that absorb water and then by action of the wind creates a cooling sensastion.

It needs low humidity and moving air.....like at speed...
In high humidity or slow moving traffic....it sucks...

I picked up an inexpensive ($40) vest from Techniche (http://www.techniche-intl.com )and it works great when it's hot and dry. As the humidity goes up, the function goes down, but if you live in a dry heat area (I live in the central California valley) it's great - especially when combined with an Underarmour (or similar) skintight undershirt and a vented jacket. It was 105 a couple of weeks ago and I did a one-hour ride without breaking a sweat. Underarmour undershorts help also.
