View Full Version : Staintune exhaust for monoshock?

Wondering if anyone has had staintune mufflers on their monoshock beemer? I am looking into getting these for my R100rs 1988 and just wanted some insight from experienced riders. thanks.

I had their sport mufflers on my R80 but I didn't care for the Harleyesque bark. So I sold the mufflers and kept the headers and cross over box. Then I re-installed my BMW mufflers. I really like the headers. They took on a nice tan color.

They're beautiful as they have the convex ends of the earlier style mufflers rather than the concave style of the later OEM mufflers.

Is there any good place to buy the staintune mufflers for a good price? The best price I've seen is $800 for the mufflers alone from A+Scycle.com. By the way when you sold yours how much did they sell for used? Thanks.
