On the serious note, it makes you wonder what the heck is going on in that guy's/those peoples' heads. Are they bored? Disturbed? A combination of both? I used to joke when taking Defensive Driving courses that the best way to drive defensively was to drive a tank or other similar armoured vehicle. Now, I'm not so sure its a joke.
