I just sold a 2006 1200GS. You sure you want one? Great picture. I bet you dont see to many of those on the dealerships walls.

I get the impression one or two gs owners are just a bit unhappy with BMW, but those are good for a smile

great photoshop work guys ... what P/N is the gymnast, and how much extra does she cost (assuming she has a BMW logo tattoo'd on her somewhere, bumping up the price).

seriously though, what are the gripes/frustrations with the GS? After driving some supposidly paved (but not really so much) roads - thinking this might be the way to go in the all around area.

I don't know the origin of it but I found it on the 59 Texas (http://www.59texas.org) site. This is the site run by some friends of mine, a local cafe-racer/rocker retro-club. Oddly enough a lot of them ride Airheads.
