Cancellation Process?

Work requires a shuffling of priorities. How does one cancel a pre-registration?

You may wish to keep it in tact and get your patch/pin in the mail anyhow! I had to cancel my plans years ago, as well and left my registration valid and still recieved the patch/pin at a later date, via US Mail. I usually don't pre register anymore, because of my career, too. I'm glad a large number still do, because it helps the rally process to a degree, but all of us simply cannot and the sign up at gate works equally well, imo. PS; If the 'MOA org still works the same way, you'll recieve your patch/pin automatically, if you leave your reg. as valid. Sorry you can't make it; another day. Happy trails,Randy13233

If you want to cancel, you should contact the Office and they can help you out. It can not be done online.

Send Tammy an email at officemanager@bmwmoa.org and she'll pull your pre-reg form for a refund.
