Hello all,

1. Just wondering what kind of fuel mileage you're getting on the R1200GS/Adventure?

2. Is it very difficult performing routine oil changes etc. on bike?

Everyone is out riding... there is a trend of limited activity on the weekend then it picks back up...

Hey there friend,

The wife and I got back from our ride here in west Tenn at about 3 this aftenoon. Boy was it hot! We went to Shiloh Battlefield via 64 and rode around up there a bit. Lot of HD's out today, only saw one other Beemer in Bolivar on way back. I did see one R1150GS after we had got home and were going out for dinner.

Take care

You might consider posting your question over at Advrider GS Spot (http://www.advrider.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3) for some feedback.

Lots of info there (do a search first before you post :type )

All I can say is that the engine and trany on the standard GS and the adventure are said to be the same. If so the mileage should be about the same. I get about 43 MPG on my 2005 R1200GS one up and no luggage but ridden briskly.. :bikes
Have fun on your new bike!
