It looks like I may have to work until 4 pm on 6/20. That means I will have to take a late ferry into Bridgeport and slab it the Expo. However, on the way home, I could pop into the 'dacks and take a nice lesiurely ride south. Any suggestions for a route? Any great roads?
5-6 pm on 95 in Bridgeport can be hairy. Maybe I should take the New London ferry instead? Any thoughts?

rvb....Leaving National....head over to Lake Champlain ferry, http://www.ferries.com/central_schedule.asp , cross over to N.Y. (1 hr. nice ride). RT. 373 down to RT. 22 south, to RT. 9N south, to RT. RT. 86 west.
Continue towards Saranac Lake, RT. towards Paul Smiths (name of town),
RT. 30 south through the best part of the Adirondacks. Blue Mountain Lake Museum is worth every minute spent there. RT. 30 connects to N.Y. Thruway if you want to "slab" home. If not, continue on RT. 30 and eventually you will end up in the Catskill Mtns. . Been on these routes many, many times. Excellent. :rocker
