Are you asking about the Rally Site map?

What would you like to know?

Greetings,

The Rally Program is been sent off to the printer, this has been our primary focus.

Next up is to take some of the content from the Program (including the map) and post them on the rally pages of the web site.

I am also meeting with some committee chairs at the site this weekend. We are camping and attending the Vermont Balloon Festival (http://www.cvfair.com/bnm.cfm?content_id=39). I will take plenty of photos of the place with a crowd. These will posted early next week.

The Balloon Festival is open to the public and there is camping on site. If you would like to come one up and check out the site, see some hot air balloons and hear some good music you are welcome to join us.

Best,

Thank you for the quick response. If I wasn't on-call for work, that would be a great weekend ride.

Hey now,

Well the weekend was cut a little short by rain, rain and more rain.

My weekend started a bit late as one of my boys had some must attend stuff at school Friday which delayed the start of our journey in the big Ford.

Looking at the forecast along with an arrival time of around 22:00 we decided to grab a room at the Best Western Windjammer which is about 15 minutes from the rally site.

We went to the site first and arrived just as the fireworks and concet was ending. Found a few riders already in their tents so we went to the hotel.

This morning we went back over to the fairground and hooked up with about 25 intrepid volunteers. We had a two hour site tour and other than a few vendors it was going to be a very quiet day. Something about hot air balloons and thunderstorms not mixing well kept the crowd away and the balloons packed up.

After the tour we checked the updated weather forecast and decided to bail out rather than try kid camping in the rain.

As a group we took quite a few pictures and will get some posted on the rally pages this week.

Best,
