I need a repair manual for a R1150RT. The local dealer says I should by the BMW manual versus the Clymer. I am suspect there is a price differential. Whcih one do most of you use?

When I got my 94 R1100RS new, there were NO choices for manuals. Jon Diaz managed to get a copy of the training guide provided to mechanics and a number of early model airhead owners benefited. I still use this as my primary service guide.
Since those early days, I've purchased the CD from BMW with the service manual - printed the stuff that I didn't already have. I also purchased the Haynes manual when it became available - Haynes has some illustrations / photos not found in the BMW manual.
I keep my oilhead service manual(s) in a 3-ring binder. I have augmented the BMW factory and Haynes stuff with other service procedures and tips generated by other owners. The late Rob Lentini wrote some very useful service-related information.
