2005 R1200GS with ABS-I want to flush the brake fluid myself. I don't want to pay 31/2 hours for this. Any info?

Here's a recent thread about that on another BB:
http://bmwsporttouring.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=hex&Number=627080&Searchpage=1&Main=627080&Words=brake+bleed&topic=&Search=true#Post627080

It appears as though the process is exactly the same as the 1150 series bikes. While I can't confirm that personally, the pictures in the above link contains parts that look exactly like the ones under the tank on my 03 RT.

I saved some of the procedures on my web site. I haven't been faithful about continuing to add to the site, but the wheel circuit and control circuit brake bleed are there.

Oh, and the ministan? This guy sells them for way less: http://www.diymoto.com/ (tell him boney sent you- it's not worth anything really, but I send a lot of business his way)

Edit: I will add that you SHOULD NOT EVER use a vacuum device on the brakes of your bike. I don't know of any confirmed issues with it, but the shop manual specifies the methods which are described on my site. I don't think it would be wise, or cost effective, to discover why.
