I have an 03 R1200CLC and the radio quit working. Power is going to it, but it will not run and the nothing appears in the LCD of the display (although the back light goes on). When it quick working, I noticed the hard bag with the cooling fan and CD player in it was stiffed very full. I'm guessing the fan may have overheated, but have no way to figure it out.
Any help is appreciated.
The shop said all BMW's use the same fan, but it costs $127 ... they are not sure what the problem is without a full service appt.
