Is it possible to receive a personal shipment at the Rally in Vermont. I'm not a vendor.
If yes, what are the cut off dates to receive a personal item shipped to the rally by UPS? i.e. what's the earliest date I can have a small parcel arrive at the rally, and where do I pick it up?
Thanks.

Here's the address! BMWMOA RALLY/Your name
Champlain Valley Exposition Center
105 Pearl Street(Rte.15)
Essex Junction,Vt.0545
I don't know about other dates for getting it there at what times, but UPS has had a booth at last several rallies(not hard to find) and have overnight service to anywhere$$$. Two day, Three day, whatever you want to pay for...I got the address from this web site a while back,FYI. Happy shipping. I'll probably use this service, too. Should be able to hit rally dates fairly easily...

It is absolutely possible and accepted to send personal items to the rally site. We have a committee called Receiving just for this purpose. They will likely be keeping the same hours as the vendors. You can ship items to arrive the Monday of the event and pick them up when you arrive assuming it is during vendor hours. Receiving will be open before the rally to service vendors and volunteers.
If you have any more questions I suggest you send a note to the receiving chair, you can find his address on the commitee chairs list on the rally webpages.
I ordered a new MSR Parawing for Spokane and had it drop shipped to the site. It worked out great! There will also be UPS on site for shipping things home too.

Excellent. Thank you very much. If the above address is the correct one, I'm set! I'll just something sent there and pick it up during vendor hours. That's great!! :thumb

There is no touring in my sports touring bike...it just dawned on me that if I'm going two up with my kid, I'll need to ship the tent, sleeping bags etc to the rally. It seems lame, but when ever we go camping, my riding partner is saddled with carrying everything. I can manage our weekend clothes...
Now where is that trailer thread.... :doh

Greetings,
It would be very helpful if you could time your shipments to arrive at the site after Monday, July 17th.
Thanks,
