Because of a 30" inseam, a tall airhead GS and advancing age I'm looking for thoughts on having a seat built with only high density gel like the stuff sold at orthopedic supply stores instead of foam. I'm wondering how thin I can go with the gel. If anybody has a beat up airhead GS solo seat for sale I sure would like to experiment.
And about seat coverings - When I bought my Bun eze gel seat pad they told me the cover was thin because a thicker cover would work against the benefits of the gel. So I'm thinking of trying a thin high quality nylon as a seat covering. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
