I'm in both places all the time and could help you out. Garland is tough in the dining department. If you PM me I can lend you a hand in the dining department. I've got a gut to prove it as well.

Thanks RT. After I delivered load in Garland, I went to the dealer in Plano and spent the morning fawning over all the new bikes. Met Junior(Elvis) had a thorough discussion on a /5 sitting in the showroom. He directed down the street in front of the dealer to a great little(big) diner. Forgot the name, But had a nice lunch of steak fajitas. I'm already back home.

I was out of town while you were in the area. A /5 in that shop???? Wow, I would never have imagined it!
Anyway, speak up next time you're gonna be around these parts. :)

Thax Veg. I had a quick down and back and a good visit at the dealer. Just got back from another trip that included stops in Detroit, South Bend, Lincoln, Neb, K.C., Poteau, Ok., then home. Took time to visit Cabela's in Kearny, Neb. and the BMW dealer in Omaha. The '06 Anon. Book says their is a dealer in Lincoln. I called ahead and found out They no longer have the franchise. I also got to visit my brother in South Bend, and had a good BBQ dinner in K.C. area. I got home yesterday, went over to a good friend's house and bled his brake system on his 94 R1100RS with ABS. I've got a Snap-on Brake bleeder, does ahellava good job. Rode my 87 K100RT over and back, stopped at one of my watering holes for a cold one. One of the local Brothers in the hood thought it was cool. I played him some hiphop pretty loud off my stereo, and all I could was a complete set of gold teeth as he smiled and laughed. He pulled out a bankroll and asked how much. I told him 4 big ones, he said all he had was 2 on him. He said his name was Big Daddy and he was going to see about getting the other 2. I was just glad to get out of there alive. Whew! Tomorrow I'm off to the winery.
