I never thought I would envy Wisconson weather. Oregon: Rain will build throughout the weekend, snow level will drop well below pass levels.
After I get the brake rotors packaged for a return to Spiegler (juddering indicates warpage) and the speedometer pulled for replacement, I will prep the bathroom for painting. I would much rather trim trees. I am sure I will get out with the dogs into the woods, so it is still good stuff. :blah

It got to 18 C up here in Edmonton today. Did not get a single "real" chore done. Didn't ride either. Chose to spend the day with the dear sweet lady who said I could buy my bike. I will be spending Saturday and Sunday taking a Rider Safety course to remember the things I have forgotten about riding (a bit of a break to raise 2 kids). I have Monday off, wife doesn't, so I think I will put a couple hundred or so kilometers on my bike then.

Hey, it's pretty nice over here too and will be throughout the weekend, so you should have some more beautiful weather headed your way.
And now that you have all that work done, you can go riding!

We have been under rain clouds for what seems like forever down here! This early am., too(Sat.). Our spring lion has been roaring big time. At least it is getting warmer. I live near Yosemite/Sequoia NP's and we've been getting rain in 2-3 inch blasts. Just last evening before dark, one dunped on us. I can whitewater raft down my drive! Snow is big, too, way up in the Sierra's above my house. The passes will probably open late this year, but when they do the riding through the snow banks will be neat. Over 300 inches reported in some Sierra spots; 200-250 inches in many, many others. Snowshoes anyone?

Happy Weekend and good riding! :)
Now if you'll permit me... Long Island Sound is calling (and it's going to be near 70° today)!! :bikes

Boy am I tired. It's gonna get near 90 today & I've been lugging boxes up & down my flight of stairs for hours. We skipped right past spring into summer here in SC. Only 4 more days until I get outta town & drive West until I hit the other ocean. Boy am I tired. :violin
