For all you riders in the SE PA area.

There are two really great shows coming up soon.

Saturday,May 6th
Delaware City Truck Show and flea market.
Delaware City, DE.
On RT273 about 5 mi south of the Wilmington DE Airport.

Trucks small to LARGE. Lots of them.
A couple of $1,000,000 semi toys are usually there.
In a small ,quaint village next to the Delaware river. lots of shade in the park.
A Civil War fort out in the river with a ferry to take you out and back if you get tired of checking out trucks.
This year they are showcasing DODGE vehicles but there will be lots of other makes and years.
Rain date is Sunday the 7th
Really good automotive flea market.

Sunday May 21st.
Pennsylvania Historic car Club Spring rally.
at Linvilla Orchards
About 4 miles south of the Granite Run Mall on US RT1
Take rt352 south to Knowlton rd. and make a right.
There will be signs.

BIG orchard with homemade ice cream, pies and all kinds of goodies.
About a mile square with BIG fields full of cars of all years, tractors, farm engines, and a big flea market

Lots to do ALL day.

If you ask nicely you might get a ride in a Mercer Runabout or a Stanley Steamer.

I'll have my 53 Dodge M-37
Army Power wagon at both shows so you'll know someone.

If you need help or better directions,
call me at 610-876-3711

I wonder if oldcarkook is going to be there. Old GMCs are his specialty.

Don't know who he is.

But last itme I was at that show, it was a real bash.

Theres no restriction about drinking at the truck show like you have at the car shows.

There a little liquor shop right across the street from the show, right next to the homemade ice cream shop.

It's the only day that I let myself get slightly bent on Mike's hard lemonade.

I'd get laughed out of my home base brew pub if they saw that.
